ingredients: (2 people)

  • 1 duck breast
  • 120 grams of honey
  • 5 grams pepper 5 bays
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • Salt

 

preparation:

  9. At the end of cooking the duck (honey / pepper) pour the honey mix / pepper / Espelette pepper on the breasts and sprinkle with the juice
  10. Remove the duck
