Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Ingredients: (6 people)
- 8 egg yolks
- 110 grams of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 cl of liquid sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 150 grams of brown sugar
Preparation:
- Put the milk, vanilla and sour cream in a saucepan
- Wait until the mixture boils .
- Meanwhile in a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar
- When the milk boils pour it into the bowl of sugar / egg yolk mixture
- Mix until the mixture is homogeneous
- Pour into ramekins (you can lightly butter it before if desired)
- Preheat oven to 110 ° C
- Put in hot oven ramekins for about 1 hour (check the oven after 45 minutes)
- Cool it
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a kitchen blowtorch . If you do not have one, do not panic! Put the crème brûlée in the freezer for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with sugar and put a few minutes in the oven rack (240°C / 464°F).
