Zucchini pie with chicken and cumin
This week I choose to introduce to you a light, quick and easy pie recipe.
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- A puff pastry (making it at home takes longer, but its better)
- 2 zucchinis
- A leftover roast chicken or two pieces of chicken
- 120 grams of tsatsiki
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 120 grams of Gruyere
- Some nuts
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices (you can help yourself to a carving knife or a vegetable peeler)
- Crumble the rest of cooked chicken. If you have not, bake two pieces of chicken (fillet with olive oil, salt, pepper) and crumble
- Place the pastry in a pie dish
- Prick the pastry with a fork
- Mix the cumin and the tsatiski
- Spread the pastry with tsatiski (make sure to remove the larger pieces of cucumber in this tsatiski)
- Spread the thin slices of zucchini
- Spread the crumbs on top of chicken
- Cracking nuts and crush into small pieces
- Spread the walnut pieces of pie
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
- A drizzle of olive oil on the pie
- Salt and pepper
- Put the pie in the oven (hot oven, 180 ° C, 12/15minutes)
- Serve!
Idea of support:
You can serve this tart accompanied by a salad of celery & tops, cider vinaigrette.
