Rack of Lamb with Thyme, Garlic and Honey
This week I decided to present a recipe made with lamb, one meat fine for my taste. This lamb with southern accents recipe is quick to prepare a tasty dish, which will delight the taste buds of gourmets among us. Let’s go to the recipe Rack of lamb with thyme, garlic and honey.

Ingredients: (4personnes)
- 12 lamb chops (4 squares 3)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 sprigs thyme 1 sprig +
- 2 bay leaves
- olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- salt and pepper
preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C
Coarsely chop the garlic and crush slightly
- Take the sprig of thyme and the leafless (recover leaves , discard the stem)
- In a bowl pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, thyme leaves , bay leaves and honey and mix
- Using a pastry brush , brush generously with racks of lamb preparation (if you have time let ‘ soak ‘ for 30 minutes)
