Chocolate Cake recipe

Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients: (for 6 people)

  • 220 g of dark chocolate (70%)
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 70 g of powdered sugar
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 180 g of butter (20g + for mold)
  • 80 g flour

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356°F)

  3. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter in a bain-marie. Stir regularly with a spatula
  4. In a bowl break the eggs
  5. Add the icing sugar in the bowl and beat until frothy
  6. Add the chocolate / butter, sugar and flour and mix until homogeneous
  7. Pour into mold
  8. Place in the oven (bottom rack) for 20 minutes (in case it is a classic mold. If using ramekins bake for 12 minutes)
