Salmon Steak With Maple Syrup
This week would like to present a Canadian recipe that comibines sweet and salty flavors : the Maple Salmon steack.
Time : 80 minutes
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (between 120 and 150g portion )
- 10 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of salty soy sauce.
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 15cl of dry white wine
Preparation:
- In a bowl mix the soy sauce, maple syrup , salt & pepper
- Brush the salmon steaks and marinate (refrigerated) for an hour. Remember to water the salmon regularly with sauce
- Lightly oil a frying pan and when hot put pavers salmon
- Be sure to flip to each side to color then lower the heat
- Cook 8 minutes (check the salmon depending on desired doneness and the thickness of the pad) while regularly watering salmon with sauce
- Remove the salmon
- Pour the white wine into the pan to icing, mix and simmer 3 minutes light
- Server salmon and drizzle with the sauce
