Asparagus in French dressing

Asparagus in French dressing

This week I would like to present a seasonal vegetable that is difficult to matching with wine: the Asparagus. Let’s go to the asparagus in french dressing recipe and wine & food pairings tips.

Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients: (4 people)

  • 20 white asparagus
  • 2 L (0.7 fl. Oz.) of water

preparation:

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boilvert-de-vin-asperges-recette-accords-vin-1
  2. Wash the asparagus
  3. Peel the asparagus
  4. Tie asparagus by five
  5. Put the asparagus in boiling water
  6. Cook for 30 minutes
  7. Meanwhile prepare the French dressing (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard and a little bit of lemon juice)
  8. Remove and drain the asparagus
