preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into slices

  3. Toast the slices of bread and then lightly rub them with the garlic clove
  4. Lightly brush the cockerels with mustard and arrange them in a baking dishvert-de-vin-recette-coquelet-olives-3
  5. In a saucepan pour the water, salt, pepper, herbs , parsley , oil and onions
  6. Cook over medium heat for 8/10 minutes while stirring
  7. Strain the broth to recover the onions and drizzle with the broth cockerels
  8. Lightly sprinkle the chicken with herbs de Provence
  9. Arrange the small pieces of toast in the dish
  10. Add a drizzle of olive oil on each cockerel
  11. Bake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes ( water regularly. If necessary add a little water)
  12. Ten minutes before the end of cooking pull the oven rack, spread the olives and onions recovered from the broth in the dish and then re- bake
  13. Check the cooking if necessary let 5 more minutes
  14. Remove the dish from the oven
  15. Server ! Bon appétit!

If you can’t find a cockerel replace it by a cockerel farmer chicken.
