Asparagus in French dressing
This week I would like to present a seasonal vegetable that is difficult to matching with wine: the Asparagus. Let’s go to the asparagus in french dressing recipe and wine & food pairings tips.
Time : 40 minutes
Ingredients: (4 people)
- 20 white asparagus
- 2 L (0.7 fl. Oz.) of water
preparation:
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil
- Wash the asparagus
- Peel the asparagus
- Tie asparagus by five
- Put the asparagus in boiling water
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Meanwhile prepare the French dressing (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard and a little bit of lemon juice)
- Remove and drain the asparagus
- Place in fridge to cool
- Bon appétit!
