Nougat With Almonds, Pistachios and Hazelnuts

 

As we get ready for the upcoming Christmas season I decided this week to share with you all a delicious nougat recipe that will sure to awake your taste buds. Here, the recipe of black nougat with almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts.

 

Ingredients:

  • 280 grams of sugar
  • 220 grams of flower honey
  • 250 gr of hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios natures

 

Preparation/directions:

  2. In a saucepan (heavy bottom), add the sugar, honey and a tablespoon of water.
  3. Heat until the caramel color and texture is at a temperature that reaches 141/142 ° c (285,8/287,6°F).

Side tips:

What is great about the nougat is that it can be broken in a thousand and one flavors. You can vary the pleasures by putting a type of nougat filling and not a mixture of three or testing with other products, for example pecans, dried fruit or even citrus zest.
